New Features

1. News Dashboard: Get the news from Multiple Sources on one convenient Dashboard in various categories. Each category has feeds coming from various news sources.

2. Tag Cloud: Now we have Tags support for easy searching of stories based on Tags. Using Tags also helps to get Related Stories. So while submitting, define at least few meaningful tags for the story you are submitting.

3. Story page now has 3 tabs 'Comments', 'Who Voted' and 'Related Stories' tab.

4. You can Save the Story and Saved Stories are easily accessible from “Saved” tab in your profile.

5. Now you can 'Bury' the story if you see inappropriate/offensive/adult content.

Users submit/share any interesting news article from the web or share their own story from their blog. To make submission process easy BestOfIndya has provided users with tools that make submission process very simple.

 BestOfIndya encourages Blog/Site owners to promote their stories on BestOfIndya by using BestOfIndya's Widgets/banners on their blog.

 BestOfIndya has added Revenue Sharing Program which is already is being used in various sites on the internet. Whenever story user added to BestOfIndya is viewed by a visitor, there is a 50% chance ads will be displayed with users Google AdSense publisher ID.     Go to your Profile under Personal Info Tab click on Modify button and enter Google AdSense ID. You can create a custom channel in your AdSense account to track impressions your BestOfIndya ads are getting.  If you choose to do so, enter the channel code.


    How it works?
    Whenever anyone views a story that you posted to BestOfIndya,there is a 50% chance your Google AdSense ID will be used. If the ads are clicked, you receive the revenue. As a preventative measure,as long as you are logged in to your BestOfIndya account,you will never see your own ads.This prevents you from clicking on your own Google ads accidentally (which will get your AdSense account deactivated). If your ID is used, it's used for all the AdSense blocks on that page to comply with Google's guidelines.
